Who controls your personal information
Airconditioning Superstore, operated by Astros Marketing (Pty) Ltd, is responsible for the personal information you provide to us through calls, email, quotations, site surveys and service requests. Our base is in Johannesburg North, Gauteng, and we serve homes and businesses across Sandton, Randburg, Midrand, the East Rand and the West Rand.
Our team may process your information to manage sales, supply-and-fit work, maintenance plans, repairs, heat pump installations and water generator installations. This includes the people you deal with directly, such as our sales, technical and service staff.
What information we collect and why
We collect only the information needed to quote, install, service and support our products.
